Here is a new Australian horror film inspired by Sam Raimi's Evil Dead films, Damned by dawn. You can see some similarities in the trailer. Even the title is reminiscent of Evil Dead 2
. It looks decent. There is no United States distribution as of yet. Hopefully we can get to see the original before we get a watered down version for "American sensibilities."
